DIGITAL STEERING AND DSP PROCESSING

The TTL11A compact system comes with internal DSP processing and at the rear panel there is access to control the digital beam steering of the system. With the optional RDNet Card you can control several additional DSP parametres with the RDNet software.
The integrated digital processor is based on a state of the art 32 bit, floating point DSP running at 96 kHz sampling rate. The calculation capacity largely exceed the processing needs and the DSP is never pushed to the limit.
The DSP takes care of the crossover, the equalisation of the transducers, limiter and system presets such as high pass filters, air absorption and cluster size corrections.
It is possible to operate directly on the DSP from the input board through these switches:

Height

High: (installation height, considering the bottom of the TTL11A-B) from 0 to 2 meters, with steps of 0,5 meter.

silicon surround structure

Throw

Three possible different throw choices: Near, Mid & Far.

double nomex layer

Delay

From 0 to 10 meters, with step of 0,1 meter. From 10 to 20 meters with step of 1 meter.

RDNet Ready

The RDNet protocol (optional on TTL11A) represents a perfect blend of reliability and flexibility, in fact it is based on the RS-485 communication protocol, which is very stable and allows to send and receive data on a simple XLR cable in case Ethercon cables are not available.

Real Time Configuration Through The Exclusive RDNet Protocol

The TTL11A can be equipped with a dedicated networking board. Using our proprietary RDNet protocol is possible to monitor all the system parameters, from the input to the status of each single amplifier.
Thanks to the DSP on board of each cabinet, it is possible to address to single cabinets or group of cabinets specific presets or modifications of parameters like gain, equalization or delay in real time.
