L’algoritmo alla base di FirPhase elabora i dati delle misure in modo da trovare il miglior compromesso possibile tra ampiezza e fase senza snaturarne il comportamento, agendo cioè solo nelle frequenze in cui strettamente necessario.

Vengono individuate zone di frequenza in cui un cambiamento di fase non produce cambiamenti sensibili in ampiezza e in quelle zone l’algoritmo ottimizza l’andamento della fase.
