Il re del soul italiano Mario Biondi in tour con i line array RCF

Mario Biondi è un cantante e compositore italiano di genere soul e jazz, originario di Catania, famoso in tutto il mondo e dal timbro vocale molto caratteristico ricco di armoniche basse. I primi successi arrivano nel 2004, quando Biondi ha 33 anni, grazie al singolo "This is what you are", il quale era destinato inizialmente al mercato asiatico, ma che ottenne in breve tempo un notevole successo anche in Europa.

Il system engineer Andy McGee (Product Specialist RCF) segue il tour fin dall'allestimento "Il tour ha debuttato al Teatro Municipale di Enna, con un sistema HDL 6-A in ground stack, piccolo e dal ridotto impatto visivo, perfetto per location intime dalle poche centinaia di posti. I sub sono stati installati nella buca d'orchestra e dei sistemi a colonna NXL 24-A garantivano una ottima copertura acustica dei palchetti. Nei concerti successivi, di dimensioni molto maggiori, le NXL 24-A sono state usate come front-fill e in-fill. Al teatro di Catania, molto grande e con l'HDL 6-A appeso, le NXL 24-A sono state usate sul palco. Tramite la funzione Lenght Compensation, il Bass Shaper (entrambe disponibili in RDNet), e naturalmente grazie anche al fatto che i sistemi sono entrambi dotati di fase a 0º (FiRPHASE), ho trovato una combinazione ottimale per la copertura omogenea di tutta la platea."
