RCF Reinforces Global Brand Protection with Milestone Trademark Victory in China

RCF S.p.A. has obtained a favorable final judgment from the courts of the People’s Republic of China, stopping the unauthorized use of its “RCF” trademark by Ningbo S&A Electronics Co., Ltd.

The Intermediate People’s Court of Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province, upheld an earlier judgment finding that Ningbo S&A Electronics’ use of the “RCF” and “rcf” marks in online promotions infringed RCF’s registered trademark rights. The court ordered the company to cease all unauthorized use and compensate RCF for economic losses and legal expenses.

This judgment marks an important step in RCF’s global brand protection program and underlines the company’s commitment to safeguarding its intellectual property, reputation, customers, and authorized sales network.
