Information on the processing of personal data pursuant to Articles 13-14 of EU Regulation 2016/679

RCF S.p.A., in its capacity as Controller of the processing of your personal data, pursuant to and for the purposes of EU Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter referred to as 'GDPR'), hereby informs you that the aforementioned legislation provides for the protection of data subjects with regard to the processing of personal data and that such processing shall be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of your privacy and your rights.
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the above-mentioned legislation and the confidentiality obligations provided for therein.
Purpose and legal basis of processing: in particular, your data will be used for the following purposes relating to the performance of measures related to contractual or pre-contractual obligations:
- Customer Service;
- Quality management;
- Customer satisfaction rate.
Your personal data may also, with your consent, be used for the following purposes:
The provision of data is optional for you with regard to the above-mentioned purposes, and any refusal by yourself to process does not affect the continuation of the relationship or the adequacy of the processing itself.
Methods of processing. Your personal data may be processed in the following ways:
- by means of electronic computers using software systems managed by third parties;
- by means of electronic computers.
All processing takes place in accordance with the procedures set out in Articles 6 and 32 of the GDPR and by adopting the appropriate security measures provided. Your data will be processed only by personnel expressly authorized by the Controller and, in particular, by the following categories of employees:
- Customer Service office;
- Marketing office.
Communication: Your data may be communicated to external individuals for correct management of the relationship and in particular to the following categories of Recipients including all duly appointed Data Processors:
Dissemination: Your personal data will not be disseminated in any way.
Storage period. Please note that, in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, limitation of purpose and data minimization, pursuant to Art. 5 of the GDPR, the period of storage of your personal data is:
- fixed for a period of time not exceeding the time of the performance of the services provided.

You have the right to obtain from the controller the cancellation (right to forget), limitation, updating, rectification, portability and opposition to the processing of personal data concerning you, and in general you may exercise all the rights provided for in Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 and 22 of the GDPR.
EU Regulation 2016/679: Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 - Rights of the Data Subject
1. The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning him or her, even if not yet recorded, their communication in intelligible form and the possibility of lodging a complaint with the Control Authority.
2. The data subject has the right to obtain an indication of:
a. the origin of the personal data;
b. the purposes and methods of processing;
c. the logic applied in the case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic means;
d. the identification data concerning the data controller, the data processors and the representative designated in accordance with Article 5, paragraph 2;
e. the individuals or categories of individuals to whom the personal data may be communicated and who may get to know said data in their capacity as designated representatives in the country’s territory, data processors or persons in charge of the processing.
3. The data subject has the right to obtain:
a. the updating, rectification or, where interested therein, integration of the data;
b. the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
c. certification that the operations described in letters a) and b) have been notified, also with regard to their contents, to those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves the use of means clearly disproportionate to the protected right;
d. data portability.
4. The data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part:
a. for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him or her, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;
b. to the processing of personal data concerning him or her for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for the performance of market or commercial communication surveys.
